  • Stack all parts on cardboard so the inside edges are aligned
  • Place filler sticks on the top edge to block the overspray
  • Cut banding pieces to length and tape down to a piece of cardboard
  • Apply contact adhesive to both the shelves and the banding
  • Allow adhesive to set up until dry to touch (3-7mins)
  • Apply banding to edge first by hand making sure to center it. Follow it up with the J-roller with pressure to ensure proper adhesion
  • Use a razor knife to trim the ends of banding and top edge of banding
  • Follow it up with a file to level the banding with the material and eliminate sharp edges
  • Clean excess adhesive from the face
  • Flip part and finish the back face
