How to Off Board a Redline Agent
1. Apply tag in InfusionSoft – Redline Agent Tags > RL Garage Former Agent – This automatically does the following:
- Removes 23 tags and applies one tag Redline Agent Tags > RDS Key Return Reminders (reminders to the agent to send back the key)
- Once the “Reminders” tag is applied it sends an email to Von, Bill, and Troy that the dealer is getting emails about sending the key back.
- The dealer will get emails about sending the key back, they will continue to see emails until the key is sent back.
- Infusionsoft Sends an email to Troy and Ale to Manage the Dealer Page (either eliminate it or change it to a no-dealer page) and also reminds them to Take the Dealer off the Search Database
Once The Key Is Returned Go To Step 2
2. When we get the key back then go into Infusionsoft and apply the tag – Redline Agent Tags > RDS Key Returned – This automatically does the following:
- Removes 3 Tags – (Pro100 Auto Withdrawl, Pro100 – Using, RDS Key Return Reminders)
- Sends an email to Bill, Von, Troy, and Darius letting us know the key was returned. Sends an email to the former agent letting them know we got the key.
- Sends an email to Troy to Stop Charging the Dealer for the RDS Software Lease
- Sends an email to accounting to send back the deposit (if there is any left after any unpaid bills).
3. Turning Dealer off in the Mapping software
Go to "Sales Territory Data" software.
Go to "Agent Territories"
Find the dealer
Once you have found them, uncheck mark the "active" box.
Once you have done this, click the "Update DemoGraphicData"
Once it has finished updating, you will click "data analysis" and you will create a new export file of the map so it reflects this new change.
4. Deleting a dealer off the search database go Here
5. Notify Josh and his team (support@mdgmgroup.com) that the dealer has been offboarded so they can take him off of the Redline website.
6. Take off subscription payments once key is received
- Find the dealers name on Infusionsoft
- Under orders go to Redline Design Software
- Fill out the current status part. Turn the dealer from active to inactive. The end date and the reason why they are leaving.
- Under orders go to Redline Design Software
